Welcome to Berkley Schweiz
Berkley Schweiz is a new member of the Swiss Insurance Association SIA. The SIA would like to welcome the insurance company to the industry association for Swiss private insurers.
The Swiss Insurance Association SIA will welcome Berkley Schweiz as a new member on 1 January 2024. The SIA's Managing Board voted to approve the company’s membership in late November. ‘We are very pleased to welcome Berkley Schweiz to the SIA. Together, we can help shape the future of the Swiss financial centre,’ says Urs Arbter, Director of the SIA.
Berkley Schweiz
Berkley Schweiz is a branch of W. R. Berkley Europe AG, an insurance company based in Liechtenstein. It is part of the US-based primary and reinsurer W. R. Berkley Corporation, which was founded in 1967. Berkley Schweiz focuses on financial lines and general liability insurance, and is establishing a specialist insurer in Switzerland that operates exclusively through insurance intermediaries.
