Cicero-certified insurance consultants have a solid grounding in insurance and follow regular advanced trainings that are part of a course system. In doing so, they ensure that their specialist knowledge is always up-to-date and that they can offer their customers solid and well-founded advice.
The label “Cicero. Certified Insurance Competence” refers to the advanced-training register of the Swiss insurance industry. The register was initiated in 2015 with the aim to enhance and further increase the quality of customer advisory services. It lists all insurance consultants with formal professional qualifications who continuously invest in further education.
All Cicero-registered insurance consultants have state-of-the-art professional knowledge thanks to regular advanced trainings. All trainings offered in this context are consistent with a uniform quality standard and offer the possibility to earn a certain number of credits. In order to remain listed, all consultants are obliged to earn a determined number of advanced-training credits every two years.
Specialist knowledge alone does not guarantee competent advice, it is, however, the basis for any sound advice.
Cicero is a synonym for competent insurance advice. You can use the register to find a certified consultant in you vicinity.
He or she will gladly inform you about his or her areas of competence.
Further information on the Cicero quality label can be found online on www.cicero.ch.
